Since its conception our company has grown its client base and now remotely supports clients as far a field as London and even one in South Africa. The range of services offered has increased from equipment sales, service and network support to include web hosting, remote backup and broadband provision. This enables our company to offer its clients a holistic approach to their IT support which ensures that they are the 1st port of call when its clients have any IT questions or requirements.

Being a small company with a little fewer than 100 clients, a personal service is achieved which ensures that our account managers know their clients businesses and systems very well. This means that time and money is saved as the team are able to learn the characteristics of each clients system and when new systems are in development they can assess what will work and more importantly what won’t work in each of their clients differing work places.

Our business prides itself on providing and maintaining high levels of service at reasonable rates. Its client base has steadily grown from zero in 2003 through word of mouth and recommendations and it looks like this winning formula will enable our companies continued growth well into the future.
